Christmas in Naperville

Before we headed to spend Christmas down  in Springfield this year, we had Christmas in Naperville on the 22nd. We headed to my parents house to spend the evening with a lot of family and friends. Katelyn was completely spoiled! It was such a great evening to spend time with the ones we love.

Santa Visit

I knew that Katelyn would cry once we sat her on Santa's lap, so to test my theory out, we headed to Bass Pro Shop. Matt, Katelyn, my mom, and my dad got there before me, so they got in line. I meet them there after work. She was a happy camper while we waited to see Santa, but my theory was correct, she screamed her head off. Maybe next year.........

The Walnut Room

We have made it a tradition that every year we are going to take Katelyn to the Walnut Room. This year my mom, Matt's mom, my grandma, my aunt, and Lisa came along. We headed down on a Saturday afternoon and expected it to be crowded, and having to wait a couple of hours for our table. For some reason this nice man working the line let us jump ahead and we only had to wait twenty minutes for a table! It was fun to start to celebrate the holiday season at the Walnut Room and in Macy's.

It has been way to long....

For some reason, ever since the end of November I could not get into my account. I decided to try today, and something magical happened, it logged me right in. So here I go...........
