Two Months Old

Crazy hair Katelyn!

Yesterday Katelyn turned two months old. Matt and I have just adored her. She is so funny to watch. She makes all kinds of funny faces when she is awake and sleeping. She brings so much joy to our lives and we can not imagine our family without her! Over the past month she has gained some weight. Her face is much fuller and she has some chunky cheeks, which is very cute. She also has gotten longer, her legs are pretty long. I think she is going to be tall like her parents. She no longer wears newborn clothes!:( I put them all away the other day. She now wears 3 month clothes. Katelyn is out of newborn diapers as well, she now wears size one. She is so much more alert. She loves to look at the fans, lights, and recognizes her mom and dad. Some of her favorite toys are her swing and jungle gym. When she lays under her jungle gym she talks and coos at the toys above her. It is fun to listen and watch her play!  Knock on wood, she has been sleeping through the night since she was one month. She usually goes to bed at 10 and sleeps until 7! I have gotten a couple of smiles, but I am sure she will start smiling a lot more very soon. We can't wait to see what the next month brings!
