Going for a Stroll

Both Saturday and Sunday, Katelyn and I went on a two 3 mile walks. She loves her stroller and enjoys looking around at everything. Today, she had a nice long nap as we strolled around.

Happy Easter

Katelyn's first Easter was wonderful. We started the morning off with her Easter basket. She got a couple of toys and some clothes (just what she needs HA). Then we headed to church with my dad and Kyle. After church we went to my parent's house, along with a lot of other family and friends. It was great to spend time with  family and friends. We ate dinner, drank, and had a great time celebrating Easter. Katelyn was extremely spoiled by Grammie and Papa. She also got  an Easter basket from Auntie Sandy.  If she is getting all of these toys for Easter, we might need a new house for Christmas.

Five Months

Katelyn is now five months old! I can not believe how fast she is growing. Each month gets better and better. She is so exciting to be around. She LOVES to eat her cereal and her bottles. Recently, while eating her bottles she is very interested in everything, I mean everything going around her. Feeding her a bottle sometimes takes awhile to get her through it. She loves to hear herself talk, scream (happy scream), and laugh. Matt and I do peek-a-boo with her and she cracks up. It makes us laugh too, because it is so darn cute! Katelyn loves her bouncer. She jumps around in it like a wild woman. She is still in size two diapers and drinks 6ozs of formula when she eats. She wears size 3-6 months clothes. She puts everything in her mouth and is drooling a lot. We love Kates Magates so much. Matt and I call her that as her nickname!

The Easter Bunny

Tonight Matt, Oma, Katelyn, and I went to BassPro Shop to take a picture with the Easter Bunny. I am a big fun of BassPro Shop, because they let you take your own pictures and they give you a free picture too! We were third in line to see the Easter bunny tonight. Katelyn was not fazed at all by the bunny. She would not give us a smile though. Oh well, I can not wait to see what next year will be like.

Go Cubs Go..........
